While Iowa seems to lead the nation in pheasant hunting popularity when it comes to the quality pheasant hunting season the reality is Kansas has more pheasant hunting land with better habitat and with Kansas' more mild winter climate we have much better pheasant hunting right through the end of the season the last day in January.

Add to that in Kansas we also have a good quail population and the upland bird dog loving hunter will have the opportunity to hunt two upland birds on one day and for most days of every trip.

Just Hunts
We are not dog trainers, pheasant hunting guides or allow any distraction than just to the wild pheasant hunts that we offer. This extends that our approach is for execution of the pheasant hunt and that means from the moment the hunter drives away from his home he travels directly to his pheasant hunting spot and does not quit hunting anytime there is daylight to hunt.

Most will plan a week long pheasant hunting trip and rarely hunt hard each day.
